Frequently Asked Questions
How ordering works — quantities, samples, customization, lead times, shipping, payment and after-sales support. Anything else, just ask us.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the product. Classroom furniture such as desk & chair sets is most economical in container quantities, but we regularly work with trial orders and mixed containers so new buyers can test a product before committing to a full load. Tell us what you are planning and we will suggest the most sensible quantity — including how to combine several products so the freight cost per piece stays low.
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes — we encourage it. Sample pieces of most products can be arranged so you can check the materials, finish and build quality in person before confirming a bulk order. Contact us for the current sample terms for the product you are interested in, and we will arrange dispatch by courier.
Can you customize products (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. Common customization includes desktop and frame sizes for different age groups, frame and desktop colors, fabric choices for seating, and printing or stamping your school name or brand logo. Share your specification — or even a reference photo — and we will confirm what is possible in your quotation.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on the products, quantities and the production schedule at the time you order, so we confirm a specific date range in your quotation and proforma invoice rather than quoting a generic figure here. What we can promise: we tell you the schedule before you pay a deposit, and we keep you updated with photos as production progresses.
What shipping terms do you offer — FOB or CIF?
Both. Under FOB terms we deliver your loaded container to the agreed Chinese port and hand over the shipping documents. Under CIF terms we also arrange the sea freight and insurance to your destination port — for example, Tema for buyers in Ghana. We will quote both options so you can compare the total landed cost.
What payment terms do you accept?
Our standard payment method is T/T (bank transfer). The usual arrangement for export orders is a deposit to start production with the balance settled before shipment, with the exact terms confirmed in writing in your proforma invoice before you pay anything.
How is the furniture packed for shipping?
Most furniture is knock-down (flat-packed): components are wrapped for protection, packed in sturdy export cartons with fittings included, and labeled so sorting on arrival is easy. Before the container is sealed, we share photos and videos of the packing and loading. You can also appoint a third-party inspection company to check the goods at any stage.
What if something arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us promptly with photos of the issue. Furniture is inspected before packing, but if a manufacturing defect or transit damage does occur, we will work with you on a fair solution — typically replacement parts, replacement pieces in a following shipment, or a credit — depending on what went wrong. We would rather fix a problem properly than argue about it: most of our business is repeat orders.
Can you furnish a complete school in one order?
Yes — that is one of our strengths. Classrooms, dormitories, the assembly hall and the library can all be specified, produced and loaded together, with a single quotation, a single production schedule and shared containers. Send us your school plan or student numbers and we will draft a product list.
How fast will I get a quotation?
Within 1 business day of receiving your inquiry. The quotation covers the products, specifications, packing details and a container loading plan, so you can work out your landed cost per item.
